The process of creating a crystal artwork can be likened to the process of creating a movie. First,
an image (idea) of a work to be created is written out as a scenario. Then a title is given and
the parts are cast. Finally, the separate parts are integrated in collaboration with experts in various
fields to create the finished work. Through such collaborative activities, PCA Academy strives
to constantly provide value to society in accordance with the ever-changing market.

Crystal Customization interweaves the brilliance of international brand
Swarovski®・ Elements with traditional Japanese culture.
PRIME CRYSTAL ART is a design created by a Crystal Customization professional.
The designer’s sense is most important for this type of art.
The process of designing and creating an image utilizing the infinite color
variations of rhinestones is the essence of PRIME CRYSTAL ART.
PCA Academy also plans to deal with artworks in the fields of accessories
and apparel, utilizing not only Swarovski®・ Elements (#2028) but also
“chaton,” “hotfix”, etc. and to develop new methods of education.
A practical, design-oriented education program (PCA Program), developed in
collaboration with PCA Technical Comｍittee, top-class crystal art designers,
and experts in various fields including education and the humanities,
is utilized so that beginners will be able to understand the sophisticated
and creative design process and to acquire the skills necessary
to, step-by-step, implement such designs.

PRIME CRYSTAL ART Academy Limited Liability Company (“PCA”) deals
with personal information (name, address, phone number etc.) provided
by customers accessing our services.
This personal information will be appropriately managed by observing
company rules based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information
and related laws and regulations (“the laws and the regulations”).
PCA Academy has established, and will make every effort to implement,
the following personal information policy:

(1) Appropriately manage personal information by establishing rules
on protection of personal information which will be observed by
all PCA members, including part-time/temporary
/dispatched employees and outside collaborators,
(2) Establish the staff position of a “personal information management
officer” who will be in charge of the personal information management system,
(3) Collect and/or use personal information in a way appropriate
for the purpose of the collection and/or the use which has been established
in advance,
(4) Neither disclose nor give personal information to any third party
without the prior approval of our customers unless the disclosure is required
by law,
(5) Keep personal information in an appropriate way for a necessary period
of time and then dispose of it without omission,
(6) In the case of entrusting a third party with the management
of personal information, take proper measures with the consignment company
in order that the information will be managed in conformity
with our personal information policy,
(7) When we receive a request to disclose, correct, or stop using
the information provided by a customer, respond to the request
without delay after going through the necessary procedure
unless otherwise required by law,
(5) Keep personal information in an appropriate way for a necessary period
of time and then dispose of it without omission,
(6) In the case of entrusting a third party with the management

with our personal information policy,
(7) When we receive a request to disclose, correct, or stop using
